Watermelon Pizza

This is comes straight from Diana’s imagination…

We used watermelon instead of dough, while avocado and goat cheese went on top.

It went surprisingly easy and well.


We baked it really high. Surprisingly, the watermelon did not let too much water out. Only some. It retained it’s structure well, and stayed hot for a long time.

The inspiration was indeed a salad…

Next time, we will make the crust thinner.
